Michaela oversees NLI’s research teams, responsible for turning the interpretation and application of the latest neuroscientific findings into business practices.
Previously, she provided business management to the entertainment sector and served as a doctoral quantitative researcher in the Department of Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Amsterdam, she holds a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley in psychology, a master’s from Santa Barbara Graduate Institute and a bachelor’s from Stanford University.
